The rpm-range where continuous operation is prohibited. (연속운전이 금지된 속도범위, 연속운전 금지구역)
The barred speed ranges (i.e. lateral and torsional critical speeds of the train with their safety margin) have to be passed without any hold points.
Passing through a barred speed range shall be made in an optimum way. This means as quickly as possible.
